As we age, challenges also increase. The losses are frequent; we’re challenged by diminishment, and we find ourselves spending more time with doctors. Yet, these years can be a time of adventure. This is a SOULful time, when we are invited to be healed and to heal, to be cared for and to care, to let go of lesser things and to make our lives a total gift.
